15 Years of Exceptional Legal Practice
I am an attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, Texas and Missouri, and admitted to various federal district courts around the country. In the past 15 years, I have handled over a thousand immigration cases — from simple marriage-based green card cases to complex removal proceedings and citizenship applications involving serious felony convictions.
In 2017, I obtained an unprecedented "not guilty" jury verdict on all felony charges in the first known "click fraud" criminal trial in the United States — a case that set a defining precedent in digital crime law.
I have argued several appeals before the First, Second, and Third U.S. Courts of Appeals. I have also represented clients in complex trademark litigation, business litigation, and an international probate case that required cross-border judicial resolution.
Today my practice is focused on two areas: corporate immigration for the companies I have represented for years — blanket L-1 visas and immigrant and non-immigrant petitions for executives and highly specialized employees — and U.S. citizenship matters, including derivative citizenship and naturalization for green card holders with a criminal record.
I do not take every case. I keep the practice deliberately small so that I can devote real attention to the matters I care about most. Two current examples are the pending K-3 proposed class action, Jimenez v. Mullin, No. 3:26-cv-01384 (D. Conn.), and Flumiani v. Dangelas, No. 4:26-cv-07797 (S.D. Tex.).
