15 Years of Exceptional Legal Practice
I am an attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, Texas and Missouri, and admitted to various federal district courts around the country. In the past 15 years, I have handled over a thousand immigration cases — from simple marriage-based green card cases to complex removal proceedings and citizenship applications involving serious felony convictions.
In 2017, I obtained an unprecedented "not guilty" jury verdict on all felony charges in the first known "click fraud" criminal trial in the United States — a case that set a defining precedent in digital crime law.
I have argued several appeals before the First, Second, and Third U.S. Courts of Appeals. I have also represented clients in complex trademark litigation, business litigation, and an international probate case that required cross-border judicial resolution.
Currently, I primarily represent large corporate clients in corporate immigration matters such as blanket L-1 visas, as well as immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions for executives and highly specialized employees.
I remain deeply interested in complex U.S. citizenship cases — including derivative citizenship and naturalization applications for green card holders with a criminal record — and continue to handle Writ of Mandamus petitions against unreasonable delays by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
